Depending on your needs, you can choose between a Gold, Silver, or Bronze service contract for our most popular instruments. Annual maintenance could be all you need, or maybe you wish to have the security of fast repairs at no additional charge. We have a fast response time and prioritized service to minimize any downtime you may have.

If we do not have a pre-existing service agreement for the type of instrument you are looking for, we will set up a custom solution for you. You can request a non-binding contract offer.

For laboratories who use their instrument on a daily basis and require maximum financial security of operational costs.

Silver

For laboratories who use their instrument on a regular basis and require good financial security of operational costs.

Bronze

For laboratories who use their instrument periodically.

One on-site annual maintenance visit performed according to specific instrument Service Manual, including:
  • Basic cleaning of instrument
  • PM service kit, where applicable
  •  System test
  •  Performance test (accept criteria: according to manufacture specifications)
  •  Labor- and travel costs related to on-site inspection within defined service area

Unlimited repair visits within the contract period, including:
  • Labor- and travel costs within defined service area
  • Spare parts for repair

48 hours response time on emergency calls from time of service request

Technical support by phone and email

 

One on-site annual maintenance visit performed according to specific instrument Service Manual, including:

  • PM service kit, where applicable
  • System Test

  • Labor and travel costs within defined Service Area
